1. Please make sure to make a reservation before coming to the store, as coming without a reservation will affect our production activities. We will send you a reservation confirmation email. After that, your reservation will be confirmed.

2. If you would like to test ride, please bring your ID, helmet, cycling shoes, and pedals. Test rides are only available to those who are willing to test ride at their own risk and in compliance with legal regulations. When test riding, you will be asked to agree to the test ride agreement.

3. We try to be as flexible as possible in responding to customer requests, but we cannot force price reductions or unreasonable delivery date negotiations that go beyond the realm of common sense. Thank you for your understanding.
